Refund policy

At Lereve, your satisfaction is our priority, and we put a great amount of effort to ensure that you absolutely love our products. However, if something isn't quite right, we’ve got you covered with our straightforward return and refund policy.

Important - Please Read Before Placing the Order

  • Refunds for eligible returns are issued strictly as Store Credit (Gift Card) only. No refunds will be processed to the original payment method except under exceptional circumstances determined solely by Lereve.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. A ₹100 return processing fee per returned item will be deducted, and products must be unused with original tags and packaging intact.
  • A maximum of 3 reverse pickup attempts will be made. Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup details and being available for pickup. Failed pickups due to customer unavailability or incorrect information may lead to cancellation of the return request.

1. Shipping Policy

    • We ship to most locations across India.
    • Orders for in-stock products are typically dispatched within 1 business day of order confirmation.
    • Orders placed on Saturday after 1 PM or on Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
    • Estimated delivery timelines range from 2–7 business days, depending on the delivery PIN code. Delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.
    • Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via WhatsApp or email.

     Shipping Charges

    • Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
    • PPCOD handling fees are non-refundable.

2. Express Delivery

If you require your order to be delivered sooner, please email us at lerevelife@gmail.com before placing your order.

We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to service availability and delivery location.
Additional express shipping charges may apply.

3. Payment Options

We offer the following payment methods:

    • Prepaid Orders (Online Payment)
    • PPCOD (Partial Prepaid Cash on Delivery)

We do not offer full Cash on Delivery (COD).

4. PPCOD (Partial Prepaid COD) Policy

    • A ₹200 handling fee is applicable on all PPCOD orders.
    • Discount coupons, promotional codes, and special offers are not valid on PPCOD orders.
    • PPCOD orders require partial advance payment at the time of placing the order.
    • If a confirmed PPCOD order is refused at the time of delivery, we reserve the right to restrict PPCOD service for future orders placed by the same customer.
    • The advance amount paid for a refused PPCOD order is non-refundable.

5. 7-Day Return Policy

You may initiate a return request within 7 days of delivery.

Return requests raised after 7 days from the date of delivery will not be eligible for processing.

6. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

    • The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
    • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
    • The product must not be damaged, altered, or soiled.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

    • Gift cards
    • Items that are on sale
    • Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

7. Return Charges

    • return processing fee of ₹100 will be deducted for each item returned.
    • Shipping charges and PPCOD handling fees are non-refundable.

8. Reverse Pickup Policy

    • For eligible returns, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our logistics partner.
    • A maximum of three (3) pickup attempts will be made.
    • It is the customer’s responsibility to:
        • Ensure availability at the pickup address,
        • Provide a complete and accurate address, and
        • Share a reachable contact number.
    • If the reverse pickup fails after three attempts due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, unreachable contact, or refusal to hand over the parcel:
        • The return request will be automatically cancelled, and
        • Lereve will not be liable for further pickup attempts or refunds
    • If the customer still wishes to return the product after failed attempts, they may self-ship the product to our return address at their own cost. Refund/store credit will be processed after successful receipt and quality check.

9. Refund Policy

    • Refunds are issued strictly in the form of Store Credit (Gift Card).
    • No refunds will be processed to the original payment method, except in rare cases at Lereve’s sole discretion.
    • Store Credit:
      • Will be issued after the returned product is recieved and passed quality inspection.
      • Will be processed within 2–3 business days of approval.
      • Will be valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
    • By placing an order on our website, customers acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.

10. Exchange Policy

The fastest way to receive a different size or product is to:

    • Initiate a return for the current item.
    • Place a new order for the desired item.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

11. Damaged, Tampered, or Incorrect Orders

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged product:

    • Email us at lerevelife@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
    • Include your order number and clear images of the damage.

If approved, a pickup will be scheduled. Replacement or store credit will be processed after the product is received and inspected.

Tampered Packages

If the package appears tampered at the time of delivery:

    • Do not accept the parcel.
    • Inform us immediately.

Missing Items

If any item is missing from your order:

    • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting images.

12. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not been processed for dispatch.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

13. Right to Refuse Returns

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or returns if:

    • The product is returned in a used or damaged condition (unless originally delivered damaged).
    • The product is not returned with original tags and packaging.
    • The return request does not comply with the timelines or conditions stated above.

14. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

    • Providing accurate shipping and contact details at the time of placing the order.
    • Being available for delivery and reverse pickup attempts.
    • Ensuring the product is properly packed and handed over to the pickup agent.

Lereve shall not be liable for delays, failed deliveries, or failed reverse pickups resulting from incorrect information, unavailability, or refusal by the customer.
