How long does delivery take?
We deliver within 2–7 business days across India. You'll receive a tracking link via WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled or modified only if the shipment has not been generated or dispatched. Please reach out to us on WhatsApp or email us at the earliest.
Do you ship outside India?
Currently, we only ship within India.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and has all tags intact.
How do I initiate a return?
You can easily initiate a return within 7 days of delivery through our Return & Exchange Portal. Enter your order number, select the item you wish to return, and follow the steps to submit your request.
A ₹100 reverse pickup fee per item will be deducted from your store credit.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability. You can easily initiate an exchange through our Return & Exchange Portal. Simply enter your order details, select the item you wish to exchange, and follow the steps to submit your request.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued in the form of Gift Card.
How do I use/apply my Gift Card?
Log in to your account using your phone number → Proceed to checkout → Under the Offers & Rewards section, click on 'Redeem' next to 'Have Gift Card?' → Enter your gift card code.
How do I find my size?
Refer to our detailed Size Chart available on every product page. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing with our chart for the best fit.
Do gift cards expire?
All Lereve gift cards are valid for a period of 1 year from the date of issuance.
