How long does delivery take?
We deliver within 2–7 business days across India. You'll receive a tracking link via WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled or modified only if the shipment has not been generated or dispatched. Please reach out to us on WhatsApp or email us at the earliest.
Do you ship outside India?
Currently, we only ship within India.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and has all tags intact.
How do I initiate a return?
Go to our website and log in to your account → Navigate to My Orders → Select the order you want to return → Click on Request Return → Choose the reason and submit your request.
Once submitted, our team will review it and arrange the pickup accordingly. For any help, feel free to WhatsApp us.
Do you offer exchanges?
We currently do not offer exchanges. The quickest way is to initiate a return for your order and place a fresh order once you receive the refund/store credit.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued in the form of Gift Card.
How do I find my size?
Refer to our detailed Size Chart available on every product page. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing with our chart for the best fit.
Do gift cards expire?
All Lereve gift cards are valid for a period of 1 year from the date of issuance.
